Non-Refundable Items

- Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:
- A full refund
- A replacement item
- Store credit
The resolution provided will be determined at our discretion based on the circumstances of the claim.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Please allow sufficient time for carrier investigations before a refund can be issued.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for processing
- An additional 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless:

- The item arrived damaged
- We shipped the incorrect item
