Returns Policy

At Soul of Papers, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
  • Be free from damage caused after delivery

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorization

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • We shipped the wrong item

In these cases, Soul of Papers will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. We are not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Inspection and Approval

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to verify that it meets our return requirements.

If approved, the return will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

If the item does not meet our return requirements, it may be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original product (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
